Nena Colligan – Lead Agent

Nena has an extensive background in sales, negotiating, and marketing and obtained the Certified Negotiations Expert certification. She is a certified e-PRO agent and has access to the leading resources in technology that allows her clients to be in the best possible position while trying to buy or sell a home.  Nena also obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Accredited Buyer Representation designations through the National Association of Realtors.

As a 29-year resident of Glen Rock and a life-long Bergen County girl, Nena has gathered a vast knowledge of the area. She is familiar with the entire county, with a concentration on the areas surrounding Glen Rock, Ridgewood, Radburn in Fair Lawn, Tenafly, Allendale and Wyckoff.

Nena’s volunteer activities include Chair of the Ridgewood House Tour for the Junior Women’s Club, President of the Glen Rock Cooperative Nursery School, Chair of Central School’s Spring Auction, Directing and Choreography of Central School’s Annual Musical and Stage Manager for Glen Rock Middle School’s musical.

Nena grew up in Tenafly, and after graduating from Rutgers University, moved to Fort Lee. Nena and her husband, Mark, moved to Glen Rock in 1989, and have 3 wonderful sons (4, if you include her Portuguese Water Dog, Atticus!) – Ted, Will, and Kieve.

Patti Crawford – Buyer’s Agent 

Selling real estate is Patti’s passion. Patti feels fortunate that she can combine her love of homes and meeting interesting people with her ability to provide superior customer service, strong marketing skills and win-win negotiating techniques. Prior to her career in real estate, Patti enjoyed 15 years as a marketing representative at Hewlett-Packard Co.

Her volunteer activities include Executive Board member at Byrd School and Sunday school teacher at her church.  Patti has also been President of a local investment club. Her interests include interior design, walking, and nutrition. Patti is a member of Habitat for Humanity along with several professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

Patti grew up in Glen Rock and after graduating from William Paterson University, lived in Mahwah and Radburn before returning to Glen Rock in 2001 to raise her family. She and her wonderful husband Craig have 2 children, JP & Sarah.

Barbara’s goal is to make your real estate experience as seamless as possible. Utilizing the knowledge she has acquired through residential sales and leases, property management and office administration, she effectively manages all aspects of a real estate transaction.  With 20 years of real estate experience, Barbara is licensed as a broker-salesperson, and through continuing education, she strives to stay abreast of the newest technology, regulations and trends affecting the real estate industry.

Barbara is a lifelong resident of Bergen County where she and her husband raised 2 daughters.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and volunteering – currently as treasurer for the Ridgefield Park Woman’s Club EMD and as a member of the Ridgefield Park Community Garden.
